Step-by-Step Process
Go to new.globe.com.ph/simreg on any browser (phone, tablet, or desktop). This is the official Globe Telecom platform for all Globe and TM SIM registrations. Always verify you are on the correct website before entering personal details.
Type your TM mobile number in the field, tick the Privacy Notice checkbox, then tap Request PIN. Globe sends a one-time password to your number by SMS, usually within 5 minutes.
💡 Ensure your SIM has mobile signal to receive the OTP
Type the OTP from your SMS and tap Continue. This confirms you own the number. If the code expires before you enter it, tap to request a new one. It takes only seconds.
Enter your full name, gender, complete address, nationality, postal code, and government ID details. Every detail must exactly match your ID. A single mismatch (even a missing middle initial) will cause rejection.
Tap Scan with Camera. Upload a clear photo of your valid ID (under 5MB, no blurry or cropped images) and take a live selfie in bright, even lighting. Globe’s trust analysis system checks both images automatically.
💡 Face the camera straight on. Poor lighting causes verification failure.
Check your mobile number, full name, home address, and uploaded ID photo on the summary screen. Fix any errors before tapping Continue. You cannot change details after submission without contacting support.
Tap Submit. Globe sends a confirmation SMS containing your registration reference number. Save it. You will need it to verify your SIM registration status in the future.

What is TM SIM Registration?

TM SIM registration is the process of linking your Touch Mobile prepaid SIM card with your personal identity. Sim registration is necessary under the SIM Registration Act implemented in the Philippines and this rule applies to all TM SIM users, whether you just bought a new SIM card or you have been using one for a long time.

In 2026, registration is still required for all prepaid SIM cards including physical SIM cards and eSIMs. The registration process is completely free. However, if you fail to register your SIM card, the number will be deactivated. Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to send texts, make calls, or use mobile data.

Why is TM SIM Registration Important?

TM SIM registration is essential for several reasons, ensuring safety, accountability, and efficient communication. Below are the key reasons:

Compliance with the Law

Safety from Fraud and Scams

Your TM SIM card becomes linked to your identity when you register it, which helps track and handle illegal activity like identity theft, scams, and unauthorized transactions.

Improved Communication Services
