How to Check Globe Load and Data Balance

Ever wonder how much call time or internet you have left on your Globe phone? Checking your Globe load and data balance can be tricky sometimes. Globe is one of the biggest phone companies in the Philippines and many Filipinos want to check their globe balance regularly to monitor how much they’re using.

This blog will show you three easy ways to do it!  We’ll cover using an app, sending a text, and a USSD code to dial on your phone. 

How to check load balance in the globe

There are three convenient ways to check your Globe load and data balance:

  • Using the GlobeOne App
  • Through SMS on 8080
  • Dialing a USSD Code

Check balance by using the GlobeOne App

The GlobeOne app allows you to check your load and data balance for both Globe Postpaid and TM Prepaid accounts. Here’s the process:

Step 1: Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone) and download the “GlobeOne” app. If you’re a new user, tap “Register” and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll need your Globe mobile number. Existing users can simply log in using their registered mobile number and PIN.

Step 2: Once logged in, you’ll land on the GlobeOne app’s main dashboard. This dashboard displays information for your Globe Postpaid and Prepaid accounts. Your current load balance (for prepaid) or outstanding bill amount (for postpaid) will be prominently displayed.

When you open the home screen you’ll see your remaining prepaid load balance. You can also see when it expires, view the loading history, and buy the load from the app.

Prepaid users might see separate sections for their main load balance and any registered promo data balances. You can tap on the data balance section for more details on your data usage and validity period.

The GlobeOne app might also display a notification about your balance if it’s low.

Check globe load balance by SMS on 8080

  1. Open your phone’s messaging app.
  2. Create a new SMS message.

  1. In the recipient field, type in 8080.
  2. In the message body, type DATA BAL to check your remaining data, and just type “BAL” to check the status of your combo promos. Do not include any additional text or emojis.

  1. Send the SMS.
  2. You will receive a reply SMS from Globe informing you of your remaining mobile data balance.

Check globe remaining balance by dialing a USSD Code

  • Open your phone’s dial pad.

  • Dial 143# and press the call button.

  • Once the request is processed, you’ll see a menu with several options. These options might vary slightly depending on your Globe plan, but they’ll generally include things like “My Account,” “Promos,” “Services,” and “Help.”
  • You can usually move around the menu by pressing the number next to the option you want. In this case, you’ll likely need to press “0” for “My Account”.

  • Within the “My Account” menu, there might be a dedicated option for “Data Balance.” Otherwise, you might see options like “View Balance & Usage” or “Account Info.” Choose the option that allows you to view your account details.
  • Once you select the appropriate option, you’ll receive a message on your screen displaying your remaining load balance and data allowance.
